In observance of Thanksgiving, FHLBank Topeka will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019. Below are the holiday guidelines for our Advances and MPF^® Program products.

Holiday Guidelines for Advances
Advances will be limited to 90 days  or less after noon on Friday, Nov. 29, 2019. 
 
Holiday Guidelines for the MPF^® Program
In observance of Thanksgiving Day, the MPF Program will not accept Delivery Commitments or Fundings on Thursday, November 28, 2019. Also, please note that in adherence to the SIFMA Bond Market Holiday Schedule, the MPF Program will be closing early on the business day after the holiday, Friday, November 29, 2019

Wednesday, 11/27/19, will be a normal business day.

Thursday, 11/28/19, will be a typical holiday closure for the MPF Program:  

• Delivery Commitments and Fundings will not be accepted.
• End of Day processes will not be run.
• NACHA files will not be created.  
• The Data Mart, all other files, and reports will not be created.

Friday, 11/29/19, will be a typical early closure  for the MPF Program:

• Delivery Commitments and Fundings will not be accepted.
• End of Day processes will not be run..
• NACHA files will not be created.
• The Data Mart, all other files, and reports will not be created.
